“When you know better, you do better.”
Maya Angelou
“Regrets, I’ve had a few. But then again, too few to mention. I did what I had to do, and saw it through without exemption.”
This third verse from the song, “My Way”, famously sung by Frank Sinatra, conjures up lots of memories. Mostly memories of things in my life I regretted.
Everyone has regrets in their life. Unfortunately, there are no “do overs” in real life.
I can’t change the past. But, I can learn from my regrets, move forward, and always strive to do better.
Shine On
You are your life, everything you’ve done has made you who you are. We’ve all made mistakes and learned. Because of that, I think there are very few I wish I didn’t make.

We all have regrets about something or another in life. We just have to press on regardless.

That is a wonderful post! It is the only reasonable way to deal with the past. We cannot change it, as you said. The past is not there to punish ourselves over and over again but to learn from it and apply it into our present for creating our future consciously.
