“You cannot share your life with a dog, or a cat, and
not know perfectly well that animals
have personalities and minds and feelings.”
Jane Goodall
When a two-year old child plays peek-a-boo for the first time, it’s usually the first game they learn from their parents. But who would ever believe that a two-year old child could teach and play this children’s game with a baby gorilla.
Watch how a little boy at the Columbus Zoo actually tires out the baby gorilla playing a simple game of peek-a-boo.
Shine On
It won’t play on my ipad so I’ll try and come back and watch it but I love your post. That quote is 1000% correct. Thank you. 💛

Wow, this is amazing!!! It´s so strange that a lot of scientists are sure that animals don´t really think and have feelings. I often read, that only very few animals (like dolphins or elephants) are able to remember things and learn that way… Guess these scientists never lived with an animal. My dog remembers places after months and years. Last week we went to a park in Budapest where we haven´t been for about a year, and she went immediately to a bush where she used to find tiny apples to play with. She clearly remembered where they were. Animals are so much smarter than most people think. But that only shows the ignorance of the human race, I guess… 😉 Thanks for sharing!!!

Ann, I agree. All animals are so much smarter than we give them credit. Glad you hadn’t seen the video before. Thanks for watching.
