You know it’s summer when droves of young people arrive on the beaches of Redondo. Every summer The City of Redondo Beach holds a swimming camp at the beach for 12-15 year olds. These young people go through a rigorous swim training program that a professional lifeguard would be proud of.
It’s fun to watch these energetic young people go through all the drills their trainers put them through during summer in Redondo.

Such a quiet and relaxing day. So much to be thankful for, I feel very fortunate.
My son and his girlfriend stopped by for dinner. We ate early because his girlfriends grandma is in the hospital, and they wanted to pay her a visit.
We hope her grandma has a speedy recovery and will soon return back home.
